So far we've had two zucchinis grow and we're awaiting a third one. I'm hankering to try some new recipes, but most I've found are for zucchini bread. We'll have to make that one day. I want to post some photos of our zucchinis because they grew so nice even though we have no idea how to garden. haha We have tons of tomatoes on their way too, but they still all green.
Anyone have any good zucchini or tomato recipes for us to try?
Sorry for the lack of entries. Heading over to my sister's or my parents' place lately since they're all busy with my new nephew. I'm a "real" auntie now!! Yahoooo!! I'll have to post some photos of the little guy. He is so cute.
Norm's home late today because he has a late meeting at work, and then he has worship practice tonight. We didn't really go anywhere since we haven't been home lately, so it's just me and the little one at home all day long. (We did head to pick up some free books from a freecycler, but that was about it for today.) Cooking beef stroganoff and cream of celery soup tonight. We'll see how that goes.
